Delivery and Returns

We hope that you will be delighted with your BBPL photo but sometimes accidents do happen. If something needs to be returned, we hope to make the process as smooth as possible. Please note these terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty Or Damaged Goods

If, for whatever reason, you receive a print from us which is faulty or damaged we will replace it free of charge and without delay.

If an item arrives and the packaging or the item itself is clearly and significantly damaged, please take a photo showing the damage, refuse to accept the delivery and contact us immediately.

If you notice that an item is damaged after it has been delivered to you, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your print at and we will be happy to help. If we require you to return the product to us, we will pay the cost of the return.

All prints should exactly match the products portrayed on our website. If you are not satisfied with your print due to any misrepresentation of appearance, please contact us at so we can look into the order and arrange a reprint or exchange for you as a matter of priority.

Cancellations And Changes

We print our photographs to order, so once an order is made, we are unfortunately unable to cancel or make changes to an order, other than change shipping address. If you need to do this, please contact us as soon as you can. If a print has already been dispatched there will be an extra charge for redirection.

Because our photographs are printed to order, if you change your mind about a print once ordered, unfortunately we can’t cancel the order or offer a refund.

Delivery Costs


Shipping is completely free for all orders, regardless of the size of your print, the size of your order and the material selected.



How long does delivery take?


We ship from the UK and Germany. All photos are printed on demand and it takes about 5 days to print, frame and package an order. Depending on where you are in the world, it can then take another two weeks for delivery. So, a US order will take around 3 weeks.



What if my print is damaged in transit?


All our prints are carefully packaged for shipping, but if there is any damage on arrival, do send us a photo at and we will replace it.
